I have the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at anytime.

You must be at least 18 years old to commission me, no exceptions.

I am primarily a SFW artist, but in the event I do any NSFW requests I will require proof of age.

There is a possibility that I will work on your commission on stream (Twitch.tv/ragewolfarts). If you do not want me to, please let me know.

I post most of my work online. If you don’t want it posted, please let me know.

I only guarantee to save files for up to 60 days. This is to save space on my devices. Please save the files I send you.

My queue is on a "first come, first serve basis". As soon as the commission has been paid for, you will be added to the queue.

I retain full rights to any artwork I create.

All original characters belong to their respectful creators.

I reserve the right to share any artwork I create online, in my portfolio or in publications such as art books.

Any art commissioned from me is for personal use only, unless a commercial license is purchased. Commissioning me with the intent of using the art to make a profit and not purchasing a commercial license is prohibited. Please discuss this with me before hand. A commercial license will give you written consent to profit off the art. It will also ensure that I draw your commission at the correct resolution for printing.

You may not sell, lease, rent, license, or exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have express written permission and have paid for the right to do so as a commercial work.

You may not use my art in AI of any kind.

You can repost the commissioned art anywhere online. All I ask is that you credit “@ragewolfarts” when reposting the art.

You may not take sketches/work-in-progress pieces and complete them elsewhere.

Do not edit, trace, heavily reference or claim the commissioned work as your own. This includes W.I.P.S, screenshots or proofs that I may send to you.

If purchasing a commission through Ko-fi, please disregard the following pertaining to payment.

Payment must be made through PayPal. An invoice will be sent to you via email. This is my preferred way to do business. You can still pay the invoice without having a PayPal account. [Click "View and Pay Invoice" within the email, then select the "Pay With Credit or Debit Card" option to make the payment.]

Payment must be paid in full before I can begin on your commission.

All pricing is in USD. PayPal will easily do an exchange.

Commissions over $150 are eligible for split payment. 50% due before I start and the rest after the sketch stage. Please discuss this with me when I give you a quote.

Refunds are based on how much work has been done. Please note, you will not be refunded any tax or fees collected by PayPal.

Canceling a commission may get you blacklisted from making any future orders.

100% refunded if work hasn’t started.

75% refunded once sketch has started.

50% refunded once line art has been started.

25% refunded once coloring has started.

No refund will be given past the coloring stage. The commission is near complete at that point.

If for any reason I cannot complete your commission, or if I no longer wish to work with you, a refund will be granted.

If payment has been made, the commission is completed and you have received the artwork, the legal contract between us has been concluded and no refund will be issued.

The commission process: Sketch, Line Art, Color, Render, Delivery.

In most cases, my commissions typically take 1 to 14 business days. This does not include weekends, major US holidays, if I’m out of town or at a convention. I will let you know when I will be out of town or at a convention. This is also dependent on how quickly you approve each proof. Larger projects such as animations, Vtuber models, reference sheets or heavily detailed works may take longer.

Projects that have a deadline or need to be rushed are subject to additional fees: 3 week deadline + $30, two week deadline + $50, one week deadline + $100.

Watermarked proofs are given at the end of each stage of the drawing process (sketch, line art, color and render).

Any edits to the image must be mentioned before approving the proofs. Please be sure to go over your proofs carefully. I want to make sure you are 100% happy with the current step before I continue on to the next.

Extensive or major edits after the sketch stage may incur additional fees. Such as an environment, pose, additions etc.

Edits made after the image is completed are subject to additional fees, unless it was a mistake on my part.

Once completed, artwork will be sent as a web ready digital file.

Artwork purchased with a commercial license will be sent at a higher resolution, perfect for reproduction.

Files will be sent via email unless requested otherwise. I can also send files on Telegram, Discord, Instagram, X and BlueSky.

Physical copies are an additional fee plus shipping. Shipping time is not included in the time frame of the completion of the commissioned work.
