I have the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at anytime.

You must be at least 18 years old to commission me, no exceptions.

Any art commissioned from me may not be used for commercial purposes, unless a commercial license is purchased. Commissioning me with the intent of using the art to make a profit and not purchasing a commercial license is prohibited. Please discuss this with me when I give you a quote.

There is a possibility that I will work on your commission on stream (Twitch.tv/ragewolfarts). If you do not want me to, please let me know.

I post all of my work online. If the commissioned work is a gift/surprise, please let me know and I will hold off until it is delivered.

Files are only guaranteed to be saved for 60 days. Please save the files I send you.

My queue is on a "first come, first serve basis". As soon as the commission has been paid for, you will be added to the queue.

Please keep all communication related to the commission. Any conversation between us will remain at a professional level.

I retain full rights to any artwork I create.

All original characters belong to their respectful creators.

I reserve the right to share any artwork I create online, in my portfolio or in publications such as art books. I also have the right to sell digital and physical versions of my artwork.

If you have strong objections to your commission being sold as a print please state so when you first contact me and I will respect your decision. If you fail to do so before prints are made I reserve the right to sell what is already printed.

You may not sell, lease, rent, license, or exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have express written permission and have paid for the right to do so as a commercial work.

You may not use my art in AI of any kind.

You have the right to use the artwork for personal and non-commercial purposes without my written consent (I.e. profile picture, streaming assets, emotes, etc.)

You can repost the commissioned art anywhere online. All I ask is that you credit “@ragewolfarts” when reposting the art.

Do not edit, trace, heavily reference or claim the commission work as your own.

If purchasing a commission via Ko-fi or Artistree, please disregard the following pertaining to payment.

Payment is expected within 48 hours of the invoice being sent out. If not received, your commission will be placed at the bottom of the request queue.

Payment must be made through PayPal. An invoice will be sent to you via email. This is my preferred way to do business. You can still pay the invoice without having a PayPal account. [Click "View and Pay Invoice" within the email, then select the "Pay With Credit or Debit Card" option to make the payment.]

Payment must be paid in full before I can begin on your commission.

All pricing is in USD. PayPal will easily do an exchange.

Commissions over $150 are eligible for split payment. Please discuss this with me when I give you a quote.

Commercial license incurs a flat fee of $50.

Complex or heavily detailed character designs incurs a 50% fee over the character's base price. These character designs include but are not limited to: armor, mech, detailed clothing/accessories, extra limbs, wings (unless they are in place of arms), several markings (stripes, spots, etc.), among other characteristics.

Complex or heavily detailed backgrounds incurs a flat fee of $50. These backgrounds include but are not limited to: complex textures, multiple objects, depth of perspective, or a high level of environmental detail.

I do not do refunds once the commission has started. You are paying for more than a piece of art, you are also paying for a service.

Client initiated refunds may only be granted if I haven’t started on your commission. [Please note, you will not be refunded any tax or fees collected by PayPal.]

If for any reason I cannot complete your commission, or if I no longer wish to work with you, a refund will be granted.

If payment has been made, the commission is completed and you have received the artwork, the legal contract between us has been concluded and no refund will be issued.

The commission process: Sketch, Line Art, Color, Render, Delivery.

My commissions typically take 1 to 14 business days. This does not include weekends or major US holidays. This is also dependent on how quickly you approve each proof. Larger projects such as animations, Vtuber models, reference sheets or heavily detailed works may take longer.

Projects that have a deadline or need to be rushed are subject to additional fees: 3 week deadline + $30, two week deadline + $50, one week deadline + $100.

Watermarked proofs are given at the end of each stage of the drawing process (sketch, line art, color and render).

Any edits to the image must be mentioned before approving the proofs. Please be sure to go over your proofs carefully. I want to make sure you are 100% happy with the current step before I continue on to the next.

Extensive or major edits after the sketch stage may incur additional fees. Such as an environment, pose, additions etc.

Edits made after the image is completed are subject to additional fees, unless it was a mistake on my part.

Once completed, artwork will be sent as a web ready digital file.

Artwork purchased with a commercial license will be sent at a higher resolution, perfect for reproduction.

Files will be sent via email unless requested otherwise.

Physical copies are an additional fee plus shipping. Shipping time is not included in the time frame of the completion of the commissioned work.
